Texas State Proposals 2, 3, & 5 Are Not New Taxes

Has anyone been getting emails telling you to vote against Proposals 2, 3 and 5 in the upcoming Nov. 3rd Texas State election? I emailed my Senator and he just replied. These props DO NOT create new state taxes. They actually rein in the appraisal districts. Here is the link Senator Williams sent me. Pass it on!

State law changes way police draw blood from suspected drunk drivers
