Not hard to understand. - The more money the Fed prints, the less yours is worth.
I like the reference to returning to the gold standard about midway thru. Hell, I like the whole interview.

I've been wanting to post this for a couple of days. Hope it's old to you actually, because that means you are paying attention. - I used to have this 45 to the original Tommy James song "Draggin the Line". I think it was the "B" side of another tune but I may be wrong. I lol'd.
Jim Hoft & Gateway Pundit break another one:
Scott Baker from Breitbart-TV.com and Co-Host of ‘The B-Cast‘ submitted this shocking report today on Obama’s deviant Safe Schools Czar Kevin Jennings.
What we discovered shocked us. We were flabbergasted. Rendered speechless.
We were unprepared for what we encountered. Book after book after book contained stories and anecdotes that weren’t merely X-rated and pornographic, but which featured explicit descriptions of sex acts between pre-schoolers; stories that seemed to promote and recommend child-adult sexual relationships; stories of public masturbation, anal sex in restrooms, affairs between students and teachers, five-year-olds playing sex games, semen flying through the air. One memoir even praised becoming a prostitute as a way to increase one’s self-esteem. Above all, the books seemed to have less to do with promoting tolerance than with an unabashed attempt to indoctrinate students into a hyper-sexualized worldview.
We knew that unless we carefully documented what we were reading, the public would have a hard time accepting it. Mere descriptions on our part could not convey the emotional gut reaction one gets when seeing what Kevin Jennings wants kids to read as school assignments. So we began scanning pages from each of the books, and then made exact transcriptions of the relevant passages on each page.
There is a lot more. GP has the quotes on their site. I won't be quoting them here. Too filthy for me.
Just another reason to keep school administration closer to home and away from the federal government. Kevin Jennings belongs in prison. Not in charge of our schools.

On November 11, David N. Farr, Chairman, CEO and President of Emerson Electric Co., announced at the Baird 2009 Industrial Conference in Chicago that President Obama has succeeded in chasing his multi-billion dollar industry right out of the U.S.A. Why? Onerous regulation, high taxes, and the over $1 trillion Obama debt should be reason enough for any business to consider shutting down U.S. facilities and seeking greener pastures overseas says Farr.Read on for more inspiring news...
The federal government is “doing everything in [its] manpower [and] capability to destroy U.S. manufacturing,” says David Farr, chairman and CEO of Emerson Electric Co., in a presentation at the Baird 2009 Industrial Conference in Chicago Ill., on Nov. 11. In comments reported by Bloomberg, Farr added that companies will continue adding jobs in China and India because they are “places where people want the products and where the governments welcome you to actually do something. I am not going to hire anybody in the United States. I’m moving. They are doing everything possible to destroy jobs.”
It goes without saying that Tigger has more money than God. He's hot. And he can woo the smartest and most beautiful women in the world. Yet I'm left feeling sorry for him. Why is this?
Call the Waaambulance...
I don't feel sorry for the self imposed solitude that must accompany such an existence as his. Kings are forced to live in castles of stone, surrounded by moats, guarded by knights and containing... (wait for it)... CONCUBINES! (What a pity.) But as envious of him as I am, I am also sympathetic to his circumstances. He may have ventured outside the castle to "sample" a bit of the "real" world (for thirty-one months?). Lord only knows the level of debauchery that I would stoop to, given such a bank account and accolades. But the point is, Tiger is human. Humans make mistakes. Some humans make Gargantuan Mistakes. It is not up to me to forgive the man. I already have. He's not a religious leader. He's definitely not a polititian, although we could debate for days the morality of many of those political types. No. It's up to his wife and children to forgive. And watching Tiger for the last ten years or so, I've no doubt that he can eventually calm the public maelstrom that he has created. The private is another matter.
I hope he has FTD on speed dial, and that FTD has a million roses on hand.
So, the band wagon is about to leave the barn. Mark my prediction... More bimbos are soon to come out of the wood(s)work, truthful or not, here they come. I sincerely hope Tiger and his family are ready for the storm.
Didn't I mention "Two Headed Love Child"? The accusation wouldn't surprise me.

This post is not a simple attempt to vilify the tax code, although it deserves that and much more. Rather, it is intended to do one thing… Focus attention on the single biggest threat to our freedom that has ever existed… ObamaCare. But not for the reason that one might think. While the legislation itself is sufficiently onerous that anyone with half a functioning brain recognizes that it’s a recipe for disaster, the truth is, ObamaCare is merely a symptom of the problem. The real danger is tangential to the legislation itself.

From someone I knew when I was a Democrat.
I laughed out loud. (There, I wrote it. It wasn't that hard.)
OMG, I've friended another Republican....
Actually no Dear, but close. I could be Republican but not conservative. I could also be conservative without being Republican. The two aren't married to each other although I wonder if they should be.
